How long does an order take?
Order processing takes approximately 1–2 business days. After shipment, delivery or transit typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States.
Can I change an order?
Contact support promptly. We cannot guarantee a change once processing has started.
What is the return window?
We accept approved returns and exchanges of defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging unless the item arrived defective.
Are return fees charged?
For approved returns, we provide a free return shipping label and charge no restocking fee.
When is a refund issued?
After approval and inspection, an eligible refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 days after approval.
